And yes, why is Axcess, a Malaysian company manages online ticket bookings for tickets for the Indonesian games and some company unheard of is managing the games here in KL? BorakBola believe the word here is cronyism.
Let us explain again how tickets can be obtained. There are two way of purchasing; online booking and through kiosk. With online booking, tickets must be collected later in person at the National Stadium, Bukit Jalil where the ticketing counter at the Green, Yellow and Red gates are open daily from 10 am - 6 pm and up to 10 pm on match days. BorakBola would like to suggest against purchasing tickets online as the hassle is simply not worth it because there is no way that tickets will be sold out that you would need to book ahead in person.
Which leaves the fan to purchase the tickets through the ticketing kiosks which are:
a) Wisma FAM
b) All State FAs
c) All TMPoint Shops or Kedai Telekom
d) Ticket Counters at National Stadium
You'd be silly to go and buy at Wisma FAM because God knows how they'd do it there. So TMPoint would be an option. Unfortunately, there are open until 5 pm daily so do your ticket runs before that.
Our recommendation: Go to the stadium earlier on match days and buy your tickets there.
Tickets are RM 30 for grandstand (near Red Gate), RM 10 for behind the goals (near Yellow Gate) and RM 20 for normal stand (near Green Gate). Real Malaysian fans go to the Green Gate. So buy the RM 20 and resort to the RM 30 only if you can find a close seats to FAM official to mock them.
For your convenient, here are the locations of TMPoints around town, (please click the thumbnail)
